Job responsibilities

 

• Support the digital marketing team in App Store and Google Play optimization
• Participate in research, test, analyses and optimization of keywords and audiences
• Prepare listing and assets for submission to the digital stores e.g. App Store & Google Play
• Participate in paid user acquisition and ad monetization (Facebook ads, Apple ads, Google ads, TikTok, Unity, Snapchat)
• Participate in data analysis, monitoring ROI and KPIs

• High comfort level extending an established code base.
• Excellent ability to communicate technical ideas to both technical and non-technical team members.
• Deep understanding of Unity systems for mobile: 3D graphics/rendering and shaders, memory usage, load times/asset management, performance analysis and optimization.
  

  
  Bonus Skills: Experience with or strong desire to learn:

  • Client-server architectures
  • HTTP and REST

Currently looking for a Data Analyst with an interest in freemium games who is capable of using analytics to drive feature decisions

regarding the game economy and user experience of our mobile games.

 

Job responsibilities

 

• Supporting the game team in decisions and development, based on the past data on player behaviour.
• Specifying and possibly implementing game analytics event reporting.
• Proactively following the collective behaviour of players in order to spot any significant changes.
• Constructing reliable reporting of high-level figures, such as the daily number of users and money spent in the game, to be utilized by the analytics team’s finance/marketing specialists.
• Modelling the player behaviour in order to predict and facilitate affecting it.
• Answering ad-hoc questions of the game team regarding player statistics and behaviour.

 

Required qualifications

 

• A gamer (this is a must).
• Strong skills in mathematical modelling, machine learning and/or statistics.
• Enough work experience (2+ years) to know when not to apply them but to settle with quick and simple solutions.
• The capability of communicating meaningful analysis results to people with a little mathematical background.
• At least intermediate-level skills in SQL.
• Knowledge of Big Data analysis with tools such as Google BigQuery is a big plus.
• Good skill in written and oral English.
• Familiarity with visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau is a plus.
• Capable of introducing and enforcing a data-driven culture to people with no analytical

We’re looking for a person who understands the whole process of the game assets production and loves mobile gaming.

The candidate will be involved in the look and feel and technical implementation of further projects including animation and modelling.

 

Job responsibilities

 

• Create / Animate 3D models of moderate complexity.
• Animate 2D characters for our existing game.
• Work on the development of a visual style, design and overall look.
• Optimize and improve models/animations to perform well on mobile devices
• Drawing skill is a strong plus.

 

Required qualifications

 

• Fast learner and open-minded
• Advanced knowledge of Photoshop is a must
• Experience working with Unity is a must
• Proven experience with 3D software like Maya / 3DS Max / Blender
• Previous experience in game development and game art
• Knowledge of 2D animation tools like Spine is a plus.
